Bonda Yoga Teacher Lore KentLore Kent has been passionately practicing yoga for the past ten years.  In 2005, she became certified at Centerpoint Studio, located in Manhattan.   Her practice has primarily consisted of Ashtanga yoga. Over the last three years, Lore has studied Anusara alignment principles and says that the combination of Anusara and Ashtanga have helped create far more balance in her life and teaching.

Lore has studied with renowned yogis including David Swenson, Richard Freeman, Desiree, Edward Clark, Shiva Rea, Sharon Gannon and David Life, Baron Baptiste, Rodney Yee, Ana Forest and Sarah Powers.  In addition to the numerous adult workshops she teaches, Lore has combined her nineteen years of movement experience with children and passion for yoga to create the “Yoga in Me Kids” workshop. Lore’s continuing education in the field of yoga is her life- long commitment.

Lore has often commented, “As I experience this beautiful journey called life, my greatest desire is to bring happiness and joy to as many people as I possibly can.  If I can share my passion for yoga with one person and effect or change their life, then I have made a difference in one person’s life….and that’s huge!”
