Warm Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class is practiced in a room with a temperature around 85-90 degrees. In Warm Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class you will warm and stretch muscles while lengthening the ligaments and tendons allowing for greater range of motion. This practice will strengthen and tone the entire body, build endurance, release stress, increase concentration and balance as well as offer a cardiovascular workout.
This practice is for students who have good understanding of vinyasa flow yoga. Modifications will be given as well as more advanced options of the postures so all practitioners can practice at their own level. Please hydrate well before coming to class, bring a mat, water, and be prepared to sweat!!!

Warm Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class is heated by Green Infrared Panels mounted to the ceiling. Infrared waves penetrate deep into our body for a deep heating action which allows for the body to activate the sweat glands.
