Posture LabThis alignment based class will utilize yoga postures to determine habitual patterns of movement that can cause chronic aches and pains. By analyzing the misalignments that present themselves in yoga postures we can then begin to change the habitual patterns of movement in our every day life. By bringing awareness to these patterns we can create muscle memory that will not only improve your yoga practice but create more fluidity and strength in all movements and bring you into your optimal alignment for life.
