Alexandra Marks, E-RYT, CHHC
Alexandra Marks fell in love with yoga after she took her first class in the late 90’s. Many years later, still looking for a way to deepen her knowledge of the yoga practice, together with a friend, she co-founded Bonda Yoga studio of Great Neck.
In 2008, Alexandra completed a 200-hour teacher training with Laurie Ahlemann, of Long Island Yoga School, and a Yoga-Ed kids certification with Robin Appel. The following year she completed her 300-hour certification with Long Island Yoga School.
Alexandra continued to deepen her knowledge of the practice of yoga thru various workshops with David Swensen, Manorma, Alan Finger, Teri Leigh, Seane Corn and many others.
In 2013 Alexandra enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became a holistic health and wellness coach. She also founded Live Well Naturally, a practice where she works privately and with small groups, to help clients reach their health and wellness goals.
