Prenatal Yoga
Attending a prenatal yoga classes during pregnancy offers many benefits. This is a yoga class where expectant mothers can bond in a supportive environment as they prepare for labor, delivery and motherhood, through postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, modified for their changing bodies. Practicing Yoga during pregnancy helps to strengthen and stretch muscles, relieve tension and maintain good balance.
Beginners Yoga Flow
Beginners Yoga Flow, a class is for beginners who would like to develop a practice of yoga postures and breathing techniques. Foundations and principles of asana will be combined with mindful breathing, focusing on the mental and spiritual body. Teachers offer many pose modifications for students who are brand new, as well as ways to work a little harder for students who would like to transition to Open Level Classes when ready. All Levels of Fitness and Flexibility are welcome.
Warm Vinyasa Flow
Warm Vinyasa is practiced in a room with temperature around 85-90 degrees. Heated by Green Infrared Panels mounted to the ceiling. Infrared waves penetrate deep into our body for a deep heating action which allows for the body to activate the sweat glands. The sweat glands offer one of only a few mechanisms that the body has to eliminate toxins and since the skin is the largest organ in the human body it is apparently a very good means for elimination. This system allows your body to detoxify 7 times faster.
