Bonda Yoga Studio is located in Great Neck on the North Shore of Long Island not far from Queens. We are right near the LIRR and are only a 25 minute train ride from Penn Station making our location convenient to those in New York City as well.

The warm welcoming environment of the studio invites you in to explore yoga in all of its depth. The yoga classes – from beginner’s series to principles of alignment to advanced vinyasa flow yoga classes – are created to offer every student, no matter where they happen to be on their journey, a solid foundation of physical movement, leading to a practice that evolves quickly and safely. If you are new to the practice please go to our New to Yoga page for a step by step guide as to where to begin and what to expect.

An opportunity to explore the deeper aspects of the practice is offered through Meditation classes, Restorative and Gentle breath-oriented yoga classes as well as Reiki Healing Circles. In addition we offer Yoga Alliance registered 200 hour and 500 hour Teacher Trainings and Workshops  for students who want to become Yoga Teachers, deepen their physical practice and/or deepen their understanding of yogic philosophy.

Bonda Yoga Studio is more than just another yoga studio – it is an education center where the lessons learned go beyond the mat allowing you to experience the heart of the practice – the study of Self.

The Prana Shakti Flow Yoga Certification Program can also be taken as a ‘Deepening your Practice’ Asana and/or Philosophy Module which can later be applied to a 200 hour certification. Read More
